I became a licensed Maine real estate agent in 2007 and moved to Florida in 2019, when I transitioned to NATIONAL REFERRALS... anywhere in the USA.

I am also a smooth jazz singer, which is where the "Diva" moniker comes from.

I have experience working with buyers and sellers alike, for both waterfront and country homes.  I even dabble in commercial real estate, on occasion.
